A little bit about myself and what I offer...

Hello Everyone. I am so happy to meet you. I hope that you have found my page and want to connect for a class. I fell in love with yoga several years ago and began training to become a yoga teacher. I currently offer Vinyasa, slow flow, Yoga Nidra and Yin yoga classes. I am a 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance and am currently working on earning my E-RYT 200. I offer classes at several locations so check out my schedule for offerings and join me for a in person class.

Frequently asked questions

If you are unable to attend a class that you have paid for at a location like Ultimate Fitness, Lake yoga or yoga on the deck then you may do the following:

Please message me before class to let me know that you are unable to attend. I will issue you a credit to your yoga account for the amount paid. You can use this to attend a future class at one of the same events only. You will receive an email on how to redeem your credit for a future event. Credits will be available in your account and will expire if not used within 3 months. Note: I do not collect payments at Workout Anytime Leeds, The Moody Civic Center or at Cat-N-Bird Winery so your credit may not be applied to classes at these locations.

Yoga is a way to help bring balance to your mind and body through the practice of yoga. Your practice will include things like learning pranayama or breathing techniques, physical poses or asanas, and yoga philosophy.

You need a yoga mat and yourself, that's all. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring any and all props to support your practice such as yoga blocks, a blanket, bolsters and a yoga strap. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water and even a hand towel.

This is a question I get asked a lot. I am not a medical doctor, I am a yoga teacher and I cannot advise you on what is best for your medical condition, only a doctor can. Please speak with your doctor and if they say yes or have released you to engage in all exercise then by all means please join us. Make sure your doctor understands the level of activity yoga requires.
