
Join me for a local walk and talk where we will discuss how to take part in a mindful walk. This is a very simple form of meditation that can be done almost anywhere. We can practice different ways of walking mindfully and see what option works best for you. There is a basic skill of learning to be present in the moment and letting go of whatever else arises during your walk. This walk can also be a walk and talk exercise where we can release whatever is no longer serving you through discussion and enlist the 8 limb path of yoga to help you find a state of blissful peace and enlightenment.
