Yoga Nidra @MCC

Yoga Nidra is translates to yogic sleep and is one of the easiest yoga practices to perform and maintain. It is a form of meditation performed while lying in a comfortable position on your yoga mat and allows you to practice a deep waking sleep with awareness by unwinding the five subtle bodies also know as the Koshas.

This class is held at the Moody Civic Center and must also be registered for in person at the desk when you arrive to check in. Class fees are $2.00 per person for members and $5.00 per person for non-members. Please arrive a few minutes before class to check in, pay and set up your space.
