Join me for another great year of Poses on the Pavilion at Cat-n-bird Winery for sit, sip and stretch. This class will be an all level slow flow stretch class and includes a glass of wine to sip while we stretch

If interested in attending class please register online at tryyogawithme.offeringtree.com and we will reserve your spot. Class fee is $30.00 + tax payable on site directly to Cat-n-Bird Winery.

You must be registered online before class starts in order to participate in class. Class starts promptly at 11:00 am. Please arrive early to check in at the winery, make payment, and set up your space for class. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and props as they are not provided. A small hand towel and bottle of water are also recommended.

After class ends make sure to hang out at the winery and enjoy the wines all the offerings from live music to amazing food trucks.
